PURCHASE & PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Some products available in our store are offered as pre-order items.

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is not yet in stock and will be produced or prepared after your order is placed.

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Pre-order orders may be canceled only before production has started.

Once production begins, pre-order purchases cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified, except in cases of defects or incorrect items received.

PAYMENT

Pre-order items require full payment at checkout.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • the item is made to order or produced in limited quantities

  • production begins after the order is placed

  • delivery timelines are estimates only
