REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Because Blade Studio products are produced in limited quantities and often made to order, we ask that you review this policy carefully before placing an order.


RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY

Due to the nature of our products, all made-to-order and pre-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.

We do not accept returns for:

  • pre-order items

  • made-to-order or limited production items

  • sale items or gift cards


ORDER CANCELLATIONS (PRE-ORDERS)

Pre-order purchases may be canceled only before production has started.

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at bladestudio.acc@gmail.com.


DAMAGES, DEFECTS & WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos or videos of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


EUROPEAN UNION COOLING-OFF PERIOD

In accordance with EU regulations, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel an order within 14 days unless the item is made to order or personalized.

Because Blade Studio products are produced after purchase and in limited runs, this right does not apply to pre-order or made-to-order items, except where required by law.


REFUNDS (IF APPROVED)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
